Stress Relief

 When life gets crazy ... when the stress builds up this is what I do to let go.

 There is something so calming about throwing on the wheel.

 It feels like magic to take a lump of clay and turn it into a piece of pottery.

Aww I feel better. 

Super Bowl Sunday

 Would you ever had guessed that this family has a Super Bowl party?  Well we do! And it is a fun one at that!  It is not all football.  There is a little crafting going on as well (you watch football and craft at the same time ... right?)

 Food! Food! Food! 

the best part of any Super Bowl Party really.

Of COURSE there is a little competition with prizes!  Peter puts together a little "game" to keep the "game" interesting.   

Pete took first and the Peterson's swept the other two places.

KimiD and I were so sporty in our official football gear.  Wrong teams ... but whatever!  

Super fun night! Surprising I know, but I really do like football.

On my last trip to Denver Beck and I did a quick drive by (I jumped out and she took a picture from the car ... it was snowing after all)  on our way into downtown. I HEART the Bronco's and YES I totally HEART Tebow!

Congratulations...

...to me! So apparently blogging about wanting an answer works! I got my long awaited letter in the mail that day. My heart leaped when I saw that BYU envelope in my mailbox. It's official! I have been accepted into to LPP (leadership preparation program) at Brigham Young University. It is a masters in education. I am excited ... and kinda terrified all at once. A lot of changes are coming my way! More on that later.

Patience

They (not really sure who "they" is) say PATIENCE is a virtue.  It is not really my best virtue.  This waiting game is kinda killing me right now.  I am such a planner and trying to plan based on two very different scenarios is not my cup of tea.
