Ch Ch Ch Ch Changes

Change #1
Moving!
Yep it's a big one!  It has been exactly (seriously, to the week) 7 years ago that I moved into my house.  I have loved my  house.  It has been my little haven.

I am moving to my parents while I am back in school.  I am very fortunate that I have this option.  But I will be honest, no 37 year old is thrilled about saying she lives with her parents!

I can't deny that things really have just fallen into place.  That helps in those moments when you wonder why in the world you are stirring the pot to feel like you are doing the right thing.

Moving week was ... surreal.  I will not hesitate to say that I was very relieved when it was over.  No matter how organized and prepared you think you are, moving is always more work than you anticipate it is going to be!  Some bonuses to my week; two migraines (haven't had one in months!) I dropped my IPhone in the parking lot of the gym (lucky for me it landed on its back, so only the back shattered!) My parents were out of town (how lucky for them!), last but not least, as I unloaded the last car load I got the stomach flu!  It was ... awesome.

I have only gotten off at my exit once, only to remember that I don't live there anymore.  After dinner the first Sunday at my 'new' home I did say, "well I'm going home." Peter replied, "honey, you ARE home!"  This might take a little getting use to.

CHANGE IS HARD!

Um well you do have pretty awesome parents in the first place. Wish I was there to help you move! But then I guess you maybe wouldn't be moving if I wasn't there... And don't forget it's only temporary. You just need to finish school and that George clooney lookalike doctor of yours will be back from Uganda before you know it:) love you!!!

If I had to move in with someone's parents it would probably be yours. They're so great. Enjoy and we'll come & visit you at your new home!!

Are you renting out your darling little house or did you sell it?

You are going to do great there. Plus you can always go and hide or study when you need space. :)
