Breakfast of Champions!

 I don't often make time for such a breakfast ... but when I do I go all out.  
Oatmeal has all kinds of health benefits. Don't forget, the longer it takes to cook the better it is for you (it means it is less processed).  I turn my oatmeal into a power food (I make it count!) and it sure does sustain me throughout the day. 
Oatmeal + Almond milk (or coconut milk), cinnamon (lots of it), craisins or raisins, roasted almonds (or whatever nuts I have on hand), flax seeds, raw fiber, and sweeten with agave. 
DELICIOUS!
