This morning as I came to school I noticed several students dressed up. It turns out that the student body of my school started a text message chain encouraging each other to wear "best dress" today in honor of Pres. Hinckley. I am so impressed with our students. As I look out at my class right at this moment it is hard not to get teary as I see young men wearing ties and the girls in their dresses honoring a great man! I love that I live in Utah where something like this can and does happen.

The first thing I thought of when I heard that President Hinckley died was the amazing reunion that was taking place at that moment. Just imagine how the heavens opened and he was reunited with his sweet wife, the greeting line of all the prophets that have gone before him, choirs of angels, friends and family, and most importantly our Savior saying, "Well done thy good and faithful servant." What a spectacular event that must have been!

of all the tributes to president hinckley that i have read so far, this one was the most touching. that just shows how inspiring he was to the younger generation. it is so wonderful to imagine his greeting in the spirit world, especially with his cute wife.

I agree, what a reunion! It's wierd to think that he's gone, but I'm so glad that I feel that way. I know it means that he was special to me.
